Yoga At The Well
Smaller classes, personal assistance, props and alignments that meet your body's needs.
All Classes are 90 minutes.
Wear or bring loose fitting clothes that allow you to move easily.
No yoga mat needed, all props are provided.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes or scents when coming to class, some people have an allergy or are very sensitive.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time to allow time to set up and settle in. If this is your first class you will need time to fill out a new student registration form.
All our group classes are suitable for beginners and continuing level students.
If the parking lot is full there is ample street parking.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards at the studio or pay via PayPal online.
We also offer workshops, meditation instruction and private yoga therapy sessions.
