Classroom Etiquette and Information 

​​​Smaller classes, personal assistance, props and alignments that meet your body's needs.

All Classes are 90 minutes. 
Wear or bring loose fitting clothes that allow you to move easily.
No yoga mat needed, all props are provided. 
Please refrain from wearing perfumes or scents when coming to class, some people have an allergy or are very sensitive.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time to allow time to set up and settle in. If this is your first class you will need time to fill out a new student registration form.

All our group classes are suitable for beginners and continuing level students. 

We accept check, Venmo, credit cards , PayPal via PayPal online.

We also offer workshops, meditation instruction and private yoga therapy sessions.

Please arrive online a few minutes before the start time.
You will need to enable your camera on your phone or Ipad/computer/laptop so that I can see you. Enable audio and video when prompted.

Please set up a Shavasana stack and place your camera a few feet from your head (camera faces your head).

Before we start I will help you with your camera placement.

We have a donation fund on the rates page for anyone who cannot afford to pay for yoga classes. 
If you would like to make a donation to the fund you can do so on the rates page.
