We have a donation fund for anyone who cannot afford to pay for yoga classes.
If you would like to make a donation you can do so on the rates page.
If you do not currently have a class card please purchase classes on our rates page.
Please arrive online 15 minutes before start time.
You will need to enable your camera on your phone or Ipad/computer/laptop so that I can see you. Enable video when prompted. Please set up a Shavasana stack and place your camera a few feet from your head (camera faces your head).
Before we start I will help you with your camera placement. You can text me if you are having any trouble entering the meeting/class.

Smaller classes, personal assistance, props and alignments that meet your body's needs.
All Classes are 90 minutes.
Wear or bring loose fitting clothes that allow you to move easily.
No yoga mat needed, all props are provided.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes or scents when coming to class, some people have an allergy or are very sensitive.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time to allow time to set up and settle in. If this is your first class you will need time to fill out a new student registration form.
All our group classes are suitable for beginners and continuing level students.
If the parking lot is full there is ample street parking.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards at the studio or pay via PayPal online.
We also offer workshops, meditation instruction and private yoga therapy sessions.
We are currently closed, scheduled to reopen on Saturday, April 25th.
