Private Yoga sessions and Yoga Therapy can be held in person at the studio. Sessions are spaced apart so there is no contact with other clients.
The studio space is sanitary and hand sanitizer is available upon entry and exit.
All props are only used for each individual client.

We offer Embodyment® sessions, Yoga Therapy in poses, Vichara and Home Practice sessions.
A private yoga session will give you direct understanding of this practice and its underlying principles. This is a great way to begin Svaroopa® Yoga. The benefits of these sessions will give you familiarity of how we work with the yoga poses for the greatest benefit.
