In these sessions you get more individual support along with deeper alignments and adjustments that meet your personal needs. These sessions will take you to the next level. Svaroopa® yoga takes you beyond “restorative yoga” through powerful practices that easily reinstate your inherent vitality and joy.
We offer Embodyment® sessions, Yoga Therapy in poses, Vichara and Home Practice sessions.
A private yoga session will give you direct understanding of this practice and its underlying principles. This is a great way to begin Svaroopa® Yoga. The benefits of these sessions will give you familiarity of how we work with the yoga poses for the greatest benefit.
